San Bernardino Superior Court
Morgan Baxter serves as the Deputy Court Executive Officer of Operations at San Bernardino Superior Court since March 2023. Previously, Morgan held the position of Managing Attorney for the Probate Division at Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino from September 2022 to April 2023, and prior to that, served as Managing Attorney for Self Help Services at Superior Court of San Bernardino County from April 2020 to September 2022. Morgan holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law, Advocacy and Dispute Resolution from Chapman University Fowler School of Law (2007-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology/Victimology from California State University, Fresno (2004-2007).
