Currently serving as Operations Manager and General Manager at San Carlo Restaurant Group since December 2022, Bibek previously held the position of Office Operations Manager at Caprice Holdings Ltd. from July 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes managing operations at NORTH POLE BAR & RESTAURANT LTD from May 2016 to July 2019 and providing office admin support at Tideway London from April 2013 to March 2016. Bibek's educational background includes a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the West of Scotland (2016-2022), a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Heriot-Watt University (2014-2016), and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Teesside University (2010-2013).
