Lorenzo Francesco Dell'Omo is an experienced culinary and administrative professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as an Administrator at San Carlo since December 2021, Lorenzo previously held positions as Head Chef at both Lucarelli Restaurant for a brief period in late 2021 and San Carlo from October 2015 to September 2021, while also working as Chef and Sous Chef at Fumo Selfridges from October 2017 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes working in payroll services and accounting from June 2014 to August 2015, and handling administrative practices at Omnia Agency from September 2011 to September 2013. Lorenzo earned a Laurea in Administration from Università della Calabria between 2008 and 2013.
