Marco Vitale possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at San Carlo Restaurant Group since July 2010, with a progression through various positions including Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Sommelier, and Head Waiter. Prior experience includes a role as Restaurant and Bar Supervisor at The Bridge Wine Bar and Restaurant and a Breakfast/Store Room Supervisor at Holiday Inn. Marco began a career in service as a Policeman with Arma dei Carabinieri. Educational qualifications include an Intermediate Certificate Level 2 in Wine Steward/Sommelier from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2013 and a High School Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Istituto per i servizi alberghieri e della ristorazione from 1998 to 2002.
