Adrienne Heist is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in the San Carlos School District, currently serving as a Preschool Teacher since August 2021, and previously supporting literacy as an Urgent Learner Support Teacher from March 2018 to February 2021. Adrienne's background includes self-employed substitute teaching and significant volunteer roles in local schools, such as co-chairing the White Oaks Book Fair and coordinating art programs. Additionally, Adrienne has experience in journalism as a Managing Editor and Freelance Reporter for Institutional Investor Newsletters, and has held various roles in program advising, event planning, and meeting coordination. Adrienne holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from William & Mary and completed further education at Canada College from 2019 to 2023.
