Rosemarie Ramos is an experienced School Psychologist with a focus on psychoeducational assessment and behavior management across various educational settings. Since July 2019, Rosemarie has been working at San Carlos School District, utilizing expertise in special education leadership, data management, and progress monitoring for Pre-K through 8th grade students. Prior roles include positions at Aspire Public Schools and Redwood City School District, where Rosemarie developed skills in patterns of strengths and weaknesses (PSW) analysis and special education services determination. Earlier experience includes work with San Francisco Unified School District and EBS Healthcare, serving a diverse range of grade levels. Rosemarie holds a Master of Science in School Psychology from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.
