Johnny Vo, MHA, LSSMB has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Johnny is currently the Sr. Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance & Privacy Officer at the San Diego American Indian Health Center. Prior to this, they worked at Hoag Hospital as a Hoag Experience SME, where they implemented strategies and operational designs to enhance the customer experience and executed patient satisfaction initiatives. Johnny also served as the SGA CGHS President at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, where they were the Class President of the College of Graduate Health Studies. In their role as the Manager of Guest Services at Sharp HealthCare, they successfully managed a team and implemented improvement strategies for the patient and family experience. Additionally, Johnny led a team as the Support Operations Manager at Scripps Health, where they focused on improving processes within the Parking and Security Operations department. Johnny began their career at Hotel del Coronado as the Business Center/HR Coordinator, where they handled guests' business needs and coordinated HR activities.

Johnny Vo holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Health Professions from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, which they obtained from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Health Administration (MHA) in Sustainability Management from the University of Phoenix between 2014 and 2016. Johnny's education history also includes a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Innovation from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their academic degrees, Johnny Vo has obtained certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute in November 2016. Johnny also holds the Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) certification from the same institute, which they acquired in October 2016.
