Grégory Seumois is an accomplished immunologist currently serving as an Associate Professor at the San Diego Biomedical Research Institute since August 2024. Previously, Grégory held the position of Research Assistant Professor at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology from September 2010 to September 2024, leading significant research projects that integrated advanced quantitative methods to study epigenomic and transcriptomic changes in immune cells. Grégory has also participated as the Director of Immunogenomics and the Director of the Next-Gen Sequencing Core, contributing to the identification of novel immunological pathways and the execution of immunogenomics experiments. Prior to this, Grégory completed postdoctoral fellowships at UCSF and the University of Southampton, focusing on lung diseases and their treatments. Grégory earned a Ph.D. in Immunology and two Master’s degrees in Immunology and Biology from universities in Belgium.
