Wael Elshamy

Wael ElShamy is a seasoned academic presently serving as a Professor at San Diego Biomedical Research Institute since August 2017 and as an Associate Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center since January 2011, where Wael also directs the Molecular Cancer Therapeutics Program at the Cancer Institute. Prior to these roles, Wael ElShamy was an Assistant Professor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from June 2008 to December 2010. Wael ElShamy received education from Ayn Shams University.
