Art Garcia

Art Garcia has over three decades of experience in the field of information systems, with a current role as the Reg. Systems Manager at the San Diego Blood Bank since 1991. Prior to this position, Art Garcia worked at The Robertson Company from August 1984 to January 1991 in information systems. Educational qualifications include an AS in Data Processing from San Diego City College, obtained between 1981 and 1985, and a high school diploma from San Diego High School, completed from 1979 to 1981.
