Jim Phalan

Jim Phalan has extensive experience in project management and ministry leadership, currently serving as a Project Manager for the San Diego Community College District since April 2008, while also directing the San Diego FamilyLife Ministry Team alongside Lorenda since January 2001. Previously, Jim held various roles at College Avenue Baptist Church from 1993 to 2011, including deacon and team leader, and served as IT Manager at KGTV from 2002 to 2007. Jim's military service includes being an Electronics Technician in the US Navy from 1974 to 1984. Educational achievements include a BA in Organizational Studies from Bethel University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, along with additional studies in Computer Science and networking.
