Kelly Hall

Kelly Hall, MBA, PhD, CPA, currently serves as the Executive Vice Chancellor of Business and Financial Services at San Diego Community College District since February 2023. Previously, Kelly held the position of Assistant Superintendent/Vice President for Business and Financial Affairs at Southwestern Community College District, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Business Officer. Experience also includes a role as Dean of the School of Social Sciences, Arts & Media at College of the Desert, alongside serving as Academic Senate President and Tenured Professor in Accounting and Business. Prior financial leadership was demonstrated as Chief Financial Officer at Western Railroad Supply. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University, an MBA in Corporate Management from California State University-San Bernardino, and a BS in Accounting from the same institution.
