Lesley K. Pearson

Lesley K. Pearson, Ed.D., possesses extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty and Adjunct Professor at San Diego Community College District, focusing on early childhood education and mentoring emerging educators since January 2017. Additionally, Lesley has held the role of Program Director at National University since January 2016, while also engaging in grant writing and consulting as an independent professional. Previous positions include Associate Professor at Bridgepoint Education, teaching graduate-level courses in early childhood education and related fields, and contributions as a Brand Partner at Nerium International and an Avon Consultant from 2013 to March 2022. Lesley also served as Program Manager for San Diego Unified School District from 2016 to 2017 and participated as a board member and resident artist at Vanguard Theatre from 2006 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from Alliant International University and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Springfield College, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Theater Arts and Children's Theater from UCLA.
