Dana Baxter began their work experience in 1999 at AAA Southern New England, where they served as a Membership Call Center Supervisor, managing a team of call center representatives and ensuring compliance with performance metrics and customer service standards. From 2003 to 2015, they worked at the Automobile Club of Southern California, holding various roles including Sr. Instructional Designer/Trainer and Quality Assurance Coordinator. In these positions, they collaborated with management to identify training needs, developed and facilitated training programs, and updated manuals. Since 2015, they have been working as an Instructional Designer/Trainer at San Diego County Credit Union, designing and delivering in-class and online training to staff members of all levels.
Dana Baxter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Rhode Island. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Product Management for Learning Professionals from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in October 2020, Certificate in eLearning Instructional Design from Friesen, Kaye and Associates in February 2014, and Instructional Design from Friesen, Kaye and Associates in January 2010.
