David Chau

David Chau has a strong background in cyber security, with experience working at various companies. David started at HP Enterprise Services in 2005, where they served as a Lead Information Security Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining end-to-end security and reliability of communications for over 700,000 users on the U.S. Navy and Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI). David provided daily operational oversight, technical guidance, and coordination of all operational issues within the enterprise. David also reviewed event logs and coordinated the collection and analysis of intrusion detection information.

David then moved on to Booz Allen Hamilton in 2010, where they worked as an Information Security Engineer. Here, they provided security analysis support for the PEO-C4I PMW 130 (Cyber Security Program Office) Ports, Protocols, Services, Management (PPSM). David advised the Navy Office of the Designated Accrediting Authority (ODAA) U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. on cyber security matters.
