Lauren Hu's work experience begins in 2013 as a Math Tutor and Private Chinese Tutor at Southwestern Community College District, where they provided individual and group tutoring and conducted study sessions for college algebra. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Mathematics Tutor and Advisor at SDSU Pre-College Institute, offering tutoring in math and assisting students with improving their academic achievement. In 2016, they were a Summer Instructional Aide at SDSU Pre-College Institution, where they supported low-income and first-generation college students in preparing for success in college.

From 2016 to 2021, Lauren worked at Reproductive Sciences Medical Center, first as a Program Coordinator and later as a Case Manager/Program Manager. Lauren'sresponsibilities included managing cases and programs related to reproductive sciences.

In 2022, Lauren joined Anthem, Inc. as a Business Consulting Analyst for a Graduate Capstone Project. Lauren then began working at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Business Analyst- R&D IT Translational Informatics Intern. Following that, they worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at San Diego County Credit Union.

Throughout their work experience, Lauren has developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in business analytics and consulting.

Lauren Hu holds an M.S. in Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management, with a completion date in 2022. Lauren also earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from San Diego State University in 2016. In terms of certifications, Lauren has obtained several qualifications, including the Data Manipulation with Python Track and Python Fundamentals Track from DataCamp in June 2021. Additionally, they have acquired the Microsoft Excel - Data Analysis with Excel Pivot Tables certification from Udemy in May 2018 and completed The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2020: Go from Zero to Hero certification from Udemy in April 2018. Finally, Lauren obtained a CPR& First Aid certificate from the United Latino Students Association in April 2016.
