Michael Avalos

Michael Avalos began their work experience in 2007 as an Assistant Manager at Papa John's International, where they focused on generating repeat business and training team members. In 2014, they joined the United States Army Reserve as a Health Care Specialist, where they administered treatments and improved patient outcomes. In 2015, Avalos started working at San Diego County Credit Union as a Member Service Representative II, handling member account transactions and cross-selling products. Michael then became a Technical Support Specialist I, resolving user problems and patching software. In 2020, Avalos was promoted to Supervisor, Service Desk Level I, and later took on the role of Cyber Security Analyst in 2022.

Michael Avalos attended MiraCosta College from 2008 to 2016. Michael did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during their time there. In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained a DoD Secret Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense in November 2014. Michael also achieved the CompTIA Security+ CE certification in December 2019, along with CompTIA A+ CE and CompTIA Network+ CE certifications in June 2019.
