Allan Hael

Allan Hael is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at the San Diego County District Attorney's Office since May 2018, Allan provides troubleshooting and support for end users and manages various IT operations, including network setup and user account administration through Active Directory. Previously, Allan worked as a Desktop Support Technician at AutoAnything, where responsibilities included remote and onsite support, and backend administrative tasks. Additionally, Allan held the position of IT Administrator at Nexcore Capital, Inc., where duties involved cross-platform setup and maintenance across multiple office locations. Allan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University.
