Carlos E. Medina has extensive experience in law enforcement and criminal investigations, serving as a District Attorney Investigator with the San Diego County District Attorney's Office since July 2014, where notable recognition includes the El Cajon Elks Lodge 2015 Officer of the Year award. Prior to this role, Carlos held positions within the San Diego Police Department, including Detective Sergeant in the Sex Crime Registration Unit and Sergeant overseeing the Economic Crimes and Elder Abuse Units. In addition to a lengthy law enforcement career spanning from 1984 to 2014, Carlos has operated Medina Images Photography, focusing on portrait and event photography since 1995.
