Kyle Sutterley

Kyle Sutterley is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the San Diego District Attorney's Office, serving as a Deputy District Attorney since January 2011, as well as previously holding roles such as Graduate Law Clerk and Certified Legal Intern. Sutterley gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the United States Attorney's Office in the Narcotics Enforcement Section and volunteered as a Legal Intern with the San Diego District Attorney's Office. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Sutterley worked as an Ocean Lifeguard for the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation and as a Management Trainee at Consolidated Electrical Distributors. Sutterley's educational background includes a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Criminal Litigation from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science/Economics from UC San Diego. Additionally, Sutterley served as the Head Coach for the UCSD Women's Club Waterpolo Team.
