Max Heineken

Max Heineken currently serves as a Deputy District Attorney at the San Diego County District Attorney's Office, where responsibilities include prosecution and community partnerships. Previously, Max held positions as a Graduate Law Clerk and Certified Legal Intern in the same office, focusing on drafting motions and legal research. Experience also includes a legal internship at the San Diego City Attorney's Office, a judicial externship at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and work as a law clerk for the United States Attorneys' Offices. Before pursuing a legal career, Max served in the United States Air Force for over a decade, holding roles as an Operations Officer and Senior Intelligence Analyst. Max holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, an MBA from the University of La Verne, and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
