Jacob Wittler

Jacob Wittler is a Senior Project Manager at Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates since September 2022, with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Previously, Jacob held senior and project management roles at Kettler Leweck Engineering from May 2015 to October 2022, contributing to various development sectors. Jacob also served as a Civil Engineer and Construction Manager at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) from August 2009 to May 2015, and as a Civil Engineer at Latitude 33 from August 2005 to August 2009. Additionally, Jacob has been a Football Official for the San Diego County Football Officials Association since August 2003. Jacob holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, completed in 2012 and 2002, respectively.
