David Tomaino

David Tomaino is a seasoned professional in procurement and contract management with extensive experience in public service. Currently serving as the Manager of Procurement & Contract Services at the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority since March 2023, David previously held various roles at the San Diego Housing Commission from February 2015 to March 2023, including Contracts Manager, Contract Manager, and Senior Program Analyst. Earlier in the career, David served as a Contracts Analyst for the San Dieguito Union High School District from February 2013 to February 2015. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bucknell University, a Doctor of Law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and an additional Bachelor of Business Administration from Bucknell University.
