Patrick Abbey

Patrick Abbey, C.M. currently serves as the Airside Operations Duty Manager at the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority since August 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick Abbey accumulated over 11 years of experience in the United States Marine Corps, holding various key positions including Logistics Officer, Company Commander, Company Executive Officer, and Company Operations Officer. In these roles, Patrick Abbey managed extensive logistical and financial operations, overseeing assets valued over $250 million and a yearly operational budget exceeding $4 million. Patrick Abbey's leadership in training programs resulted in thousands of qualified Marines in air traffic control and flight operations. Currently pursuing a Master of Business in Aviation at the University of Central Missouri, Patrick Abbey earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Jacksonville University.
