Lucero Tom has extensive work experience in the field of crime and intelligence analysis. Lucero started their career in 1985 as an Intelligence Analyst at the FBI. During their time there, they held this role for over 20 years, until November 2006. Following this, they joined the San Diego County Sheriff in May 2008 as a Senior Crime & Intelligence Analyst, and they have remained in this position since then.
Lucero Tom obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. Lucero attended the university from 1978 to 1981.
