Kelly Etter

Kelly Etter has extensive experience in education and business operations. Currently serving on the Revenue Committee of the San Diego Employers Association, Kelly advises on brand visibility and communication strategies. As the Founder and CEO of EtterOps LLC from April 2015 to April 2024, Kelly built a successful enterprise offering virtual operations and marketing support to over 50 small business clients, culminating in a profitable business sale. Previous roles include Math Intervention Specialist at California Virtual Academies, where Kelly provided academic support to students, and Elementary School Teacher at Los Angeles Unified School District, leading self-contained classrooms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and a teaching credential from California State University, Los Angeles.
