Annie Holder

Annie Holder is a seasoned professional in public policy and program management with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. As a Senior Analyst at the San Diego Housing Commission since June 2017, Annie led the development of a program management platform, significantly enhancing internal processes and data management for staff. Annie also created a framework to evaluate housing pathways for temporary shelter residents, influencing city-wide efforts to support vulnerable populations. In parallel, as an Instructor at San Diego State University, Annie teaches public policy development. Previous roles include Research Assistant at SANDAG, where Annie conducted substance abuse monitoring, and Grant Coordinator at the San Diego State University Research Foundation, where Annie facilitated research funding opportunities. Annie holds a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC San Diego.
