Annie Holder

Annie Holder is a seasoned professional in public policy and program management with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. As a Senior Analyst at the San Diego Housing Commission since June 2017, Annie led the development of a program management platform, significantly enhancing internal processes and data management for staff.
