Julie Conserva oversees financial services for the San Diego Housing Commission’s (SDHC) real estate portfolio of more than 2,400 affordable rental housing units, including audit and tax reporting, financial compliance and budgets.
As a certified public accountant, she previously served as SDHC’s Director of Finance for Real Estate, Manager of Finance for Real Estate, and Senior Real Estate Accountant.
Before joining SDHC in 2009, Ms. Conserva served as a Senior Accountant/Asset Management Analyst for the real estate private equity firm Hunter Chase and as a Controller for J.T. Smith Companies, a real estate developer in Oregon.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of California San Diego.
