Brent Eugene Beavers

Brent Eugene Beavers, PHR, has extensive experience in employee engagement and operations within the nonprofit and legal sectors. Currently, as an Employee Engagement Analyst at San Diego Humane Society since October 2017, Brent supports employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives, focusing on data analysis to enhance the overall employee experience. Previously, Brent held roles as Employee Engagement Specialist and Coordinator at the same organization, contributing to recruitment and employee orientation processes. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Coordinator at Special Counsel, where Brent managed candidate paperwork, payroll processing, and office operations. Brent's career also includes various positions in the performing arts, including Production Assistant and Box Office Ticket Agent, complemented by a B.F.A. in Stage Management from The Theatre School at DePaul University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from UC San Diego Extended Studies.
