Currently serving as a Growth Marketer at Lead Control Media since February 2018, Hayato specializes in implementing systems that leverage email and LinkedIn for client acquisition. In addition to this role, Hayato is a Referral Relationship Manager at Office Hours, a business growth consultant at Setters Philippines, and a Social Media Marketing Advisor for the San Diego & Imperial SBDC Network. Previous experience includes managing multinational client relationships for Fortune 1000 companies at Marsh & McLennan Companies and focusing on the Japanese business market at Aon. The SBDC network’s top priority is to empower small business creation and expansion to achieve job creation and retention, capital investments, and dynamic innovation that improves quality of life in the region. Our North San Diego County Center in Carlsbad is hosted by MiraCosta College; our South San Diego County Center in National City is hosted by Southwestern College; our Imperial Valley Center in El Centro is hosted by the Imperial Regional Alliance; and our newest center opened at the University of San Diego. Throughout the state and with over 1,000 centers nationwide, SBDC is the largest business assistance organization in the United States.
