David Pool is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and sports management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating & Financial Officer at InflammX Therapeutics Inc since December 2020, David is focused on innovative therapeutics targeting autoinflammatory diseases. Concurrently, as President of USA Youth & High School Rugby, David leads a non-profit organization devoted to promoting rugby among youth. David also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ocunexus Therapeutics, where work involves novel treatments for corneal defects. In addition, David founded the San Diego Legion, a professional rugby team, and was previously President of Southern California Youth Rugby, Inc. and the San Diego Youth Rugby Club. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Canterbury.
