Meaghan Wu

Meaghan Wu, MS, LAT, ATC, currently serves as Assistant Physiotherapist for San Diego Legion, starting in January 2024, following a brief tenure as Athletic Trainer for NOLA Gold Rugby from September 2023 to November 2023. Previous experience includes roles as an Athletic Training Student at San Diego Legion, Santa Fe Christian Schools, Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, Point Loma Nazarene University, San Diego Mesa College, and Arcadia High School, where Meaghan developed extensive skills in athletic injury evaluation, rehabilitation program creation, and various manual therapy techniques. Meaghan holds a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science from the same institution, along with a high school diploma from Arcadia High School.
