Beth Demmon is a freelance journalist, writer, and author with extensive experience in the beverage industry, contributing to notable publications such as the Washington Post, Saveur Magazine, and VICE Munchies. Since March 2016, Beth operates BethDemmon.com and also writes the monthly Substack column "Prohibitchin'," which highlights marginalized voices in the beverage alcohol sector. In addition to freelance work, Beth serves as a beverage columnist for San Diego Magazine and has held previous roles as Content Manager at Influx Brands and ThunderActive. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University, Beth combines a strong background in content creation with a passion for advocating diversity within the beverage community.
