Troy Wynne is a dedicated environmental science professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science and Policy focused on Wildlife Ecology and Management from the University of Maryland, and a prior degree in Environmental Science/Environmental Justice from Scripps College. Currently serving as a Student Researcher at The Nature Conservancy, Troy assesses the application of allometric equations in agroforestry as a Climate Solution and collaborates on gathering seminal publications related to these equations. Additional experience includes conducting independent research on the use of satellite data for assisting underprivileged farming communities at the University of Maryland, event organization for Black In Marine Science, and internships that span marine science communication, coral reef ecology, and vector-borne disease research. Troy has also actively contributed to student advisory boards and administrative roles in various capacities, emphasizing advocacy and support for peers in environmental disciplines.
