Heather Bice

Heather Bice is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Associate Principal at Mira Mesa High School within the San Diego Unified School District since May 2022. Bice has actively contributed to the Western Association of Schools and Colleges as a Visiting Committee Member since August 2015, providing evaluations and recommendations for school improvements. Prior roles include English Teacher at Grossmont Union High School District and Coronado Unified School District, as well as a Support Provider for the California Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment program. Bice holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision and an Administrative Services Credential from National University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University.
