Vicki Quiram

Vicki Quiram, P.E., currently serves as a Senior Consultant at MKN starting in October 2024, following a notable career in water management and public works. Quiram is also a Board Member of the San Diego County Water Authority since June 2023. Previously, Quiram held the position of Utility Director for the City of Carlsbad and General Manager of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District from November 2018 to October 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Public Works for the County of Orange, Commissioner at the State of New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Assistant Commissioner at the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Director of Public Works for the Town of Westwood, and Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Ventura, CA. Quiram's extensive background in water, wastewater, and public utility management is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
