Veronica Dela Rosa

Veronica Dela Rosa is a board member at the San Diego Workforce Partnership. Veronica has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations management.

Veronica began their career in 1984 as a Satellite Operations Manager at San Ysidro Health. In this role, they were responsible for creating and instituting policies and procedures, leading the strategic planning efforts, and directing the billing and coding initiatives.

In 1995, Veronica transitioned to Scripps Mercy Physician Partners as their Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the management integrity of seven health centers, with an operating budget of $10 million and 100 FTE’s. Veronica led the facilities team in achieving successful initial JCAHO accreditation, as well as enhanced operational efficiencies through system standardization and performance standards.

Most recently, Veronica has been serving as a board member at the San Diego Workforce Partnership. In this role, they provide guidance and support to the organization in their mission to connect individuals with employment opportunities.

Veronica Dela Rosa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in health care from National University. Veronica also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with an emphasis in health care from the same school.
