Kristen has been in HR for over 25 years, working in both for-profits and then in non-profit for the last 16 years of her career. She is responsible for leading the overall SDYS HR strategy including; DEI, employee relations, recruitment & retention, compensation, and cultural development. She has recently relocated to San Diego from Maryland.o
