Susan Gray

Susan Gray has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and industries. Most recently, they served as the Director of Classified Personnel at the San Dieguito Union High School District starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Hawaii Pacific University from December 2019 to January 2023. Before that, they served as the Manager of Employee Relations and EEO/AA Compliance at the same university from August 2017 to September 2019. Susan also worked as the Director of System Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition at The Queen's Health System from September 2016 to August 2017. From March 2006 to August 2016, they held the position of Director of Employment/Labor Relations at Palomar Health. Susan's earlier experience includes working as a Deputy Attorney General at the Nevada Attorney General's Office from August 2000 to March 2005.

Susan Gray attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the University of Baltimore School of Law from 1995 to 1998.
