Charlie Rubin

Charlie Rubin is in charge of all volunteers for the Center. He created a volunteer program beginning in 2011 that supports the Center’s programs at all levels — helping staff and clients. Having been a Store Director for Albertson’s for more than 30 years and serving as a Past President of the Center’s Board of Directors, he has brought his managerial skills, organizational ability, and boundless enthusiasm to design and implement a successful volunteer program. The volunteers directly strengthen and extend the services they provide, multiplying the Center’s effectiveness in serving those with serious mental illness.
