Bennett Sexton has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Producer and Editor for the University of Missouri Television Station - MUTV. In 2011, they interned in the sports department of McKinnon Broadcasting-KUSI-TV, where they conducted interviews, shot, and edited sports packages. Bennett then interned for the Holiday Bowl and Poinsettia Bowl, assisting with various tasks. In 2012, they served as a Junior Account Executive and Social Media Coordinator at Ad360. Bennett then joined IMG as an intern in the Arnold Palmer Enterprise division, focusing on web design and social media planning. In 2014, they worked as an Associate at Complete Sports Management, where they organized transportation and assisted with bowl game affairs and sponsor activation. In 2015, they had two roles: Event Production Specialist at PPW, Inc., managing vendors for Super Bowl 50 NFL Experience, and as an Intern in Athlete Marketing at Wasserman Media Group, where they identified potential sponsors for NBA clients. Since 2017, they have been working for the San Francisco 49ers in various roles, starting as a Season Ticket Sales Executive and eventually becoming Director of SBL & Group Sales.
Bennett Sexton completed their Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2014. Prior to that, they attended The Bishop's School in La Jolla, California from 2006 to 2010.
