Jonathan Dickey

Jonathan Dickey PT, DPT, ATC, OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT, CSCS currently serves as an Assistant Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer for the San Francisco 49ers since May 2022. Prior experience includes a seasonal role as an Athletic Training and Physical Therapy Intern and serving as an Athletic Training Student at Azusa Pacific University from June 2020 to May 2022. Jonathan also worked as a Physical Therapist - Movement & Performance Fellow at Azusa Pacific University and held positions as a Physical Therapist - Sports Fellow and Orthopaedic Resident at Kaiser Permanente from March 2017 to February 2019. Jonathan earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Mary in June 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Human & Sport Physiology from Wayne State College in 2009.
