Riley Danford

Riley Danford is a seasoned professional in partnership sales and sports management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Partnership Sales for the San Francisco 49ers since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Sales Manager for Corporate Partnerships at both the Portland Trail Blazers from August 2018 to January 2023 and the San Jose Sharks from August 2015 to August 2018. Earlier, Danford contributed to business development at Levi's® Stadium during its time as the 2015 Sports Business Journal Facility of the Year and earned accolades with the San Diego Padres as an Account Executive in Membership Development, where the team ranked #1 in MLB for season ticket sales in 2014. Danford’s background also includes significant experience in athletic communications at the University of Oregon, supporting various Division I sports and working with major broadcast networks. Danford holds a degree from the University of Oregon and has studied at Copenhagen Business School.
