C Lamonte Wilson

C LaMonte Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health program coordination and community outreach, currently serving as the Program Coordinator for Black Health at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation since March 2023. Wilson has held various roles within the organization, including Medical Case Manager and Program Manager for the OUR LOVE program, which focused on raising awareness around HIV in the African-American and POC communities.
