Jacob Baars

Jacob Baars is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technology and general recruitment roles. Currently a Recruiter at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation since July 2023, Jacob previously held the position of Recruiting Lead - Technology at The New York Times, where responsibilities included working directly with client groups to introduce R4Tech candidates. Additional roles include Technical Recruiter at Russell Tobin, where Jacob supported various companies like Bonobos and Carta, as well as positions in recruiting coordination at Coursera, Facebook, and Amazon Web Services.
