Roy Tidwell

Roy Tidwell possesses extensive experience in harm reduction and health education, currently serving as the Contingency Management Coordinator at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation since July 2022. Previously, Roy held positions including Program Manager at HealthRIGHT 360, where management of a program providing COVID-19 education to the homeless was undertaken, and as a Board Member at the Harm Reduction Therapy Center. Prior roles included Site Manager at the Urban Services YMCA and Health Educator 2 at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, where engagement with drug users facing various mental health challenges was central. Roy began in the field as a Residential Counselor at Baker Places Inc., supporting clients with dual diagnoses. Ongoing education is pursued at the College of San Mateo since 2007.
