Grace T. Weiss is a skilled professional in museum collections management with extensive experience in civic art projects and contemporary art. Currently serving as the Civic Art Collection Project Manager at the San Francisco Arts Commission since April 2023, Grace previously held various roles at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) from February 2016 to April 2023, including Associate Registrar and Assistant Registrar for Media Arts. Responsibilities at SFMOMA encompassed managing the International Contemporary Art and Media Arts collections, coordinating safe packing and shipping of artworks, and collaborating on exhibitions. Additional experiences include internships at notable institutions such as The Museum of Modern Art and the Brooklyn Museum, complemented by a Master's degree in Museum Studies from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Communications from Fordham University.
