Shruti Gandhi

Shruti Gandhi is a prominent venture capital professional, currently serving as a General Partner and Founding Engineer at Array Ventures since July 2016, focusing on leveraging big data and AI/ML to address significant global challenges. Gandhi also holds a commissioner position at the San Francisco Employees' Retirement System since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing investment strategies and establishing policies for the City's pension plan. A distinguished alumna of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Gandhi received the 2021 Distinguished Alumni Award. Previous roles include advisory positions at Bullpen Capital, investments in CasaOne, and an investor role at True Ventures. Earlier in career, Gandhi founded and served as CEO of Penseev, a BigData company, and gained venture capital experience through several notable internships.
