Chris Otoshi currently serves as a Building Materials Management (BMM) Specialist at the San Francisco Environment Department, a position held since September 2022, focusing on policy development and implementation in alignment with San Francisco's Climate Action Plan. Previously, Chris was a Construction & Demolition Zero Waste Fellow, contributing to waste prevention initiatives and compliance monitoring for debris management.
