Susan Lansing

Susan Lansing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and people operations, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at San Francisco Federal Credit Union since February 2025. Prior roles include Chief People Officer at Odaseva and Head of Talent at Bank of the West, where Susan led teams focused on fostering a people-centered culture and enhancing employee growth. Previous positions include Vice President of Global Learning and Development at both Michael Kors and DFS Group Limited, where Susan designed and implemented strategic talent management initiatives.
